Accepting Nominations for 25 Under 25

China Hands is now accepting nominations for the 2021 feature, 25 Under 25 in US-China relations!

Founded in 2012, China Hands aims to provide a platform for constructive dialogue on China-related issues and on US-China relations. It has readership in over 70 countries, and maintains a popular Facebook page with over 5,000 followers updated by a team from schools such as Yale, Harvard, Stanford, Peking University, and the University of Hong Kong.

This summer, China Hands is launching its sixth edition of the “Under 25” series, a feature that will profile 25 young Chinese/Americans/internationals under the age of 25 (or who are currently 25 years old) who have demonstrated exceptional promise in China studies and in furthering the future of the US-China relationship. Candidates will be evaluated on their academic contributions, professional and extracurricular experiences, and demonstrated leadership. Past honorees include Rhodes scholars, Schwarzman scholars, researchers, educators and environmentalists to name a few.

The deadline for submitting nominations is Sunday, July 25, 2021. If you know someone who has done important work or research on China, please consider nominating him or her. Feel free to nominate yourself!

The nomination form can be found here. The final 25 Under 25 list will be published in August. If you have any questions about 25U25 or are interested in getting involved with China Hands in other ways, please email chinahandsmagazine@gmail.com.

Thank you for your time, and we look forward to your nominations.

Best regards,

The China Hands Board
